Formed in the spring of 2007 ,performing for audiences of over 7000 within two years, it didn’t take long for "Stone In Love" to become one of the premier tribute acts in the mid-west. "Stone In Love" is not merely to witness, but an experience in which the audience taps into the great memories attached to the music of Journey.
Frankie Valli, who came to fame in 1962 as the lead singer of the Four Seasons, is hotter than ever in the 21st century. Thanks to the volcanic success of the Tony winning musical Jersey Boys, which chronicles the life and times of Frankie and his legendary group, such classic songs as “Big Girls Don’t Cry,” “Walk Like a Man,” “Rag Doll,” and “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” are all the rage all over again.
Terry Jones Rogers and Scott Nienhaus, of Rogers & Nienhaus, along with drummer and vocalist Tim Politte, keyboardist Bill Murphy, and percussionists Madison Thorn and R. Scott Bryan, have joined with: The Mondin Band, John Mondin and Paul Graves, to create a tribute to CSNY. Not only are they all world-class musicians, Rogers, Nienhaus & Politte toured the world as members of The Byrds and The Byrds Celebration, and have worked with Firefall and Nicolette Larson, as well as R. Scott Bryan with Sheryl Crow and The Peter Mayer Group.
