St. Louis Bandits vs. Central Illinois Royals
The American Arena League (AAL), the largest professional arena football league in the U.S. has announced they are expanding into the St Louis region. AAL CEO, Tony Zefiretto is excited to add a team into an area with a rich sports tradition and to have a team playing in The Family Arena.
The AAL spring season will begin in three weeks with the St. Louis Bandits being based out of St. Charles, MO, and representing the larger St. Louis region. Local owner, Jeff Hunt is a veteran arena league coach.
The Bandits will play their home games at The Family Arena and will start their inaugural season in April with four home games ending in May.
