The 2021 Fair will once again be held at the Family Arena located at 2002 Arena Parkway in St. Charles, MO 63303
Friday, August 6:
9:00 am to Noon – Friends of the Library Members only admission
Friends Memberships must be received by Friday, July 30. Join the Friends now.
Friend’s Memberships will be sold on Friday immediately after the 9 am opening.
Noon to 9:00 pm – Free and open to the general public
Saturday, August 7:
9:00 am to 7:00 pm – Free and open to the general public
Sunday, August 8:
10:00 am to 3:00 pm – Free and open to the general public
$5.00 a bag day (most items). Standard size plastic grocery bags provided on site.
Special Notes for 2021:
● The 2021 Fair will NOT offer a large order staging area as in past years.
● Book Fair attendees are strongly encouraged to wear masks (but it is not required)
● Donations will not be accepted at the Book Fair
● If the CDC advises against holding large gatherings due to Covid, the Book Fair could be canceled.

Regular size paperbacks 50¢ each
Oversize paperbacks $1.00 each
All children’s & teen books 50¢ each
Cake pans $5.00 each
AV materials are priced as marked.
Some very old books, reference materials, and special items are priced separately.
Customers may pay by cash, check, or credit.
Leftovers Free to Nonprofit Organizations
The Friends will donate the “leftovers” from the 2019 Fair to non-profit organizations (schools, churches, etc.) who can come on Sunday, August 4, between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. and pick them up. Books will be given away on a first-come-first-serve basis. Nonprofit organizations interested in any of the leftover items should sign up online or contact Jan Bardon at 441-2300 ext. 1542 prior to the Fair.
