Our Accessibility Services Department is available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and event days from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the event.

Accessible Entry and Seating Accessible entrances are clearly marked around the perimeter of The Family Arena. These are situated for convenient access from parking areas and public transport drop-off points. Within the arena, a variety of seating options are available to accommodate our guests' needs, including companion seating and areas designated for wheelchair users.

Suite Accessibility We take immense pride in ensuring that every aspect of your stay at The Family Arena is accessible and accommodating. Our commitment extends to our hotel rooms, where every space is meticulously designed to be fully accessible, catering to guests with diverse needs. Services for Guests with Disabilities

  • Sign Language Interpretation: Available upon request with minimum advance notice of 30-days prior to the event.
  • Service Animals: Welcome at The Family Arena, with accommodations available for service animals at all seating levels.

Additional Guest Services

  • On-site Assistance: For immediate assistance during an event, please locate an usher, guest experience representative, or security officer.
  • Lost and Found: Located at Guest Services for any lost items or for finding lost party members.
  • Emergency Evacuation Procedures: Detailed plans and staff training ensure that guests with accessibility needs receive help during an evacuation.

Prohibited Items and Security Screening For the safety and comfort of all guests, a security screening will be conducted upon entry. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons, outside food and beverages (except for medical needs), backpacks, and other large bags.
