Accessibility at The Family Arena

Our Accessibility Services Department is available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and event days from 10:00 a.m. until the start of the event.

Accessible Entry and Seating Accessible entrances are available at Gates 1, 2, & 3. These are situated for convenient access from parking areas and public transport drop-off points. Gates 1 & 2 are the closest to entrances to the elevator. A ramp is available at Gate 3. Within the arena, a variety of seating options are available to accommodate our guests' needs, including companion seating and areas designated for wheelchair users.

Mobility Services

  • Wheelchair and Scooter Storage: We offer storage for personal mobility devices during the event.
  • Accessible Restrooms: These are available on level 1 & 2 of The Family Arena.
  • Elevators: Located in the lobby inside Gate 1 to assist with navigation between different levels.

Services for Guests with Disabilities

  • Sign Language Interpretation: Available upon request with minimum advance notice of 30-days prior to the event.
  • Service Animals: Welcome at The Family Arena, with accommodations available for service animals at all seating levels.

Additional Guest Services

  • On-site Assistance: For immediate assistance during an event, please locate an usher, guest experience representative, or security officer.
  • Lost and Found: Located at Guest Services for any lost items or for finding lost party members.
  • Emergency Evacuation Procedures: Detailed plans and staff training ensure that guests with accessibility needs receive help during an evacuation.

Prohibited Items and Security Screening For the safety and comfort of all guests, a security screening will be conducted upon entry. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, weapons, outside food and beverages (except for medical needs), backpacks, and other large bags.
