Supervision Exercised and Statement of Duties
Supervise production of all food items being sold out of the concession stand.
Areas of Responsibility
- Supervise the preparation of food items necessary for all events.
- Ensure proper rotation of food to ensure freshness and quality.
- Ensure all closing tasks are completed on closing checklists in the allotted time.
- Maintain an organized clean and safe work area at all times, as described in the employee handbook.
- Question anything that may be unclear to you.
- Limit waste and spoilage by ongoing communication with other areas of the concession stand.
- Must have strong math skills and cash-handling skills.
- Adherence to all policies and guidelines as described in the Family Arena handbook.
- Assume responsibility for any duty asked of you by a member of Management or other supervisor.
- Monitor overall maintenance of concession stand and other work areas.
- Be willing to train new Utility workers and NPO Group workers when needed.
Qualifications
Must possess a strong will to work and have some cash handling and math skills. Must be able to work well with others as a team. Must be knowledgeable of safety and sanitation policies. Must have a keen eye for detail and the highest standards for food quality and presentation.
