Mr. Blue Sky isn’t your average tribute act. Founded by veteran St. Louis musician Jeff Faulkner, the band assembled after he noticed the metro area was missing an ELO tribute — and then set out to fix that in a big way. The result is a 10-piece powerhouse featuring a full three-piece string section, soaring multi-part harmonies, and the kind of meticulous attention to sonic detail that ELO fans have dreamed of hearing live. From the sweeping classical arrangements to the infectious hooks, Mr. Blue Sky delivers the full ELO experience — note for note.
The night will span ELO’s legendary catalog of hits from the ‘70s and ‘80s, fan-favorite deep cuts, and music from the band’s latest era. Expect a spectacular light and multimedia stage show to match the music — a full-on event designed to leave audiences on their feet.
